Aftermath of Netflix's 'Suriname'... Korean embassy urges Koreans to be “safe”

As the Netflix drama 'Suriname' became popular, the Korean embassy in Venezuela, 무료스포츠중계 which also serves as the ambassador of Suriname, issued safety precautions to Korean residents.

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Venezuela posted an article on the 13th (local time) with the title of 'Safety Notice for Surinamese Korean Community'.

Currently, Suriname has established diplomatic ties with the Korean government after independence from the Netherlands in 1975.

The embassy said, “It is presumed that Koreans living in Suriname will be very upset after the drama Narcos-Saints aired. I more info will,” he said.
